The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with fresh bedding. I also appreciated the complimentary granola and yogurt, a nice touch upon arrival. The location of the hostel was convenient, close to the beach and with secure parking for my vehicle. During my Xmas stay, I was happy to receive complimentary breakfast and a tour of the city. the location of the hotel was convenient as it was located in the middle of the city. the staff was always available and ready to assist.

The experience was ruined by the noise. the traffic noise was unbearable, and the sound echoed through the building.

The accommodation was well-located, as it was only a short walk from the beach and the train station. the room was clean and the bathroom was functional. there were no views or facilities to speak of.

The staff were not very service-oriented and the lack of entertainment within the hostel made it feel quite dull.

my recent stay at a hostel in durban was amazing. the staff and atmosphere at curiocity backpackers were beyond exceptional. they went out of their way to make my stay great, offering fun events and giving helpful advice. i will definitely be back!

The location couldn't be better - right in the center, very close to South Beach. The fact that it's not far from the beach was a huge plus for us. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to all the main attractions such as the ICC, workshop, and beach in less than 20 minutes. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were friendly, energetic, and always willing to help. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, an in-room safe, and free toiletries. The hotel also provided a washing machine and dryer, as well as cookware and kitchen utensils, which made our stay even more comfortable. The dining area and bar/lounge were fantastic, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere in the hotel was vibrant and welcoming, with other travelers from all around the world staying here. The hostel also offered adventurous activities for those interested. we highly recommend this hotel to any traveler seeking a luxurious experience with enhanced comfort and quality services.
